She is compassionate with both her animal clients as well their human parents. When I was ill and unable to care for my 3 dogs for 5 months she boarded, fed, & provided medications with no cost to me. She always tries to help people, often just charging for supplies & forfeiting her fees. She has a very loyal client base some of whom drive up to 2 hr, one way, to have their pets cared for by Annette.
